Our unique innovative process with residence times greater than 30 minutes and temperatures more than 700 degrees C. Our technology easily exceeds the 2-second rule, meeting the Incineration directive Chapter 4 requirements. Our technology can reduce moisture contents down, and in many cases costly densification isn’t required.
Our system support consistent biochar supply. Our process has over 19,000 hours of evidenced operations. This approach supports a consistent biochar supply while enabling long-term climate impact through effective carbon sequestration services. The process also generates pyrolysis gas that can be converted into multiple energy vectors, opening pathways for future innovation in CO₂ and hydrogen capture.

In general, we remove between 2 and 2.7 tonnes of CO2 from the atmosphere for every tonne we process.
